Local Heroes

I'm happy to announce that I've signed up for Patreon! It's a "tip jar" type of crowd-funding that lets Patrons (like you) contribute to creators (like me). Patron's got a nice explanation on YouTube. In my case, I'll create comics and other art no matter what, but Patreon pledges will be an ongoing inspiration for me to create more, and more often. Hey! Capital City Comic Con will be happening at the Palmer Events Center in Austin, TX this weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)! I'll be at the show all three days, with my Local Heroes (www.localheroes.us) and Heroes Incorporated comics.

Also, as usually, I'll be sharing table T30 with Anthony Rezendes of Cranium Comics (www.craniumcomics.com). If you're looking for my table, they have a map of the convention floor. (T30 is in the top-right of the map, or to the left as you walk in the entrance.)

If you're going, here's a tip: tickets are about $30 each day, or $50 for a 3-day pass, but I saw Groupon has 40% off deals for single and family passes at http://www.groupon.com/deals/capital-city-comic-con.

Whew! Wizard World Austin 2013 is over, and I had a great time! I shared a table in Artist Alley with Cranium Comics and met a lot of fans. I'll be sure to sign up again next year!

Forgive me as I spoil the end of the review for you: "Overall a very good comic especially considering it is a collection of weekly strips. It could easily have become disjointed since it is a collection but they all play together nicely and come together to tell an interesting story."
